A tobacco company is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Managing
Director also responsible for heading the Administration Department. This
position will form part of the Administration Department  team. Key
responsibilities will be participation in the formulation of the company's
administrative policies, Ensure that various administrative tasks are done
in an effective and efficient manner, Inventory, ordering, maintaining and
distributing stationery and equipment supplies, Supervise and coordinate the
work of (13) subordinates, manage the organization's vehicle fleet, HR
support including employee relations & recruitment, Administer employee
files and records,, Ensuring prompt and effective communication between
company departments and the Managing Director. A full understanding and
appreciation of the Zimbabwe Labour laws with regards to the tobacco sector
will be an added advantage, produce and present reports for the
administration department. You will need to have  at least a first degree in
Business Studies - Administration and or Diploma in Secretarial Studies and
a Diploma in Business studies, a professional qualification in Human
Resources Management would be an added advantage. 5-10 years working
experience, in administration supporting top executives.
