Key Responsibilities

Issuing ticket and taking fares
Checking tickets
Assigns specified seats to passengers. 
Renders personal services to passengers, greets and welcomes passengers.
helping passengers embark or disembark 
Informs passengers, upon request, concerning fares and travel itineraries, and distributes brochures if available to promote interest and sale of Hitech.
Announces arrival and departure information and any other related info.
Interacts with passengers to promote their comfort and well being.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

At least an A level certificate with Maths and English
Minimum of three year working experience in the bus or hospitality industry.
Possession of a valid passport
Knowledge of cross border trading, public safety, and security operations, rules, regulations, precautions, prevention, and the protection of people and property.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards, alternative delivery systems, and customer satisfaction evaluation technique.
Knowledge of principles and methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques, and sales control systems 
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of human behavior and performance, mental processes, psychological research methods, and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders 
Ability to speak in all there languages English, Shona and Ndebele is an added advantage.
