House Keeper (Hotel Industry)  -- Responsible for providing a passionate,
charming and attentive service delivery to all guests and visitors according
to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsible
to lead and supervise all functions related to the cleanliness of the lodge,
including guest rooms, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, public areas, and
offices. Ensure excellence in housekeeping sanitation, safety, comfort and
aesthetics for lodge guests. Be responsible for hotel linen and maintain
register of linen movements and check linen regularly. Keep an inventory of
all housekeeping supplies and check it regularly. Actively participate in
daily briefing and department meetings. To be innovative and constantly look
at ways to improve the operations and implement changes to provide better
services to guests. Ensure banquet halls and conference halls are kept ready
for functions and conferences. Setting up of tables and place settings. To
handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper
areas. To ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in
their section. To follow departmental policies and procedures. To report
necessary maintenance items. Perform any other reasonable duties as required
by the Management from time to time. Qualifications in Hotel management and
relevant hotel experience a must. Starting Salary $550 +/- gross per month

Operations Officer (Hotel Industry) - Overall management and maintenance of
property, personnel, internal processes, financial. Planning and organizing
accommodation, catering and other hotel services and Guest Service.
Promoting and marketing the business. Setting and achieving sales and profit
targets. Training and monitoring staff, planning work schedules. Ensure that
company standards for guest services, décor, and housekeeping are met,
Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of
facility and sanitation and cleanliness. Meeting and greeting customers.
Dealing with customer complaints and comments. Addressing problems and
troubleshooting. Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly; Supervising
maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings; Dealing with contractors
and suppliers; Ensuring security is effective; Carrying out inspections of
property and services; Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and
safety and other statutory regulations. Qualifications in Hotel management
and relevant hotel experience a must.Starting Salary in the range of $650 -
$800gross per month and must be available to start immediately. Apply
